  Great place to get your taxes done. I did my taxes online and owed every year. NOT ANYMORE!!! Liberty has done my taxes the last 2 years and saved me thousands of dollars. Very warm, welcoming, professional and super knowledgeable. With the ACA laws and penalties they really helped me navigate through it with ease. Thanks Pam! Not only did I get my taxes, the owner sells health insurance and I am NOW covered. Thanks Chris! Taxes can be stressful, especially if you have your kids with you. The kid friendly environment is AMAZING...movies, popcorn, coloring books and toys! They double check other prepared returns for free. Cash in flash. Cannot say enough about this place.

  I would not recommenced this business!! You would be much better going somewhere else to file your taxes or online for 25 dollars which i almost did . Some of the employees came into my work handing out coupons and saying they would give you a 750 ADVANCE withing 24 to 48 hour of filing with them and 50 cash for filing with them, So I called liberty tax and asked them how much it costs to do a simple return the guy said it differs and I asked if it would be under 300 dollars he assured me it would be soIi sent my boyfriend up to the liberty tax on rice road in lees summit. 1) They tried to charge him 400 dollars ,So he called me and I told him thats not what they said on the phone, So the manger honored the quot giving on the phone and charged him 290 and we didn't get the 50 dollars cash for filling with them. 2) The 750 is a loan that you have to get approved , they never told us that they said the money would be in our account Monday morning ..but it wasn't because my boyfriend was not approved ( he has pretty descent credit to) So my boyfriend called up to liberty tax to ask where the money was and the informed him that he was not approve and he asked what the liberty tax employee what talking about ..then the explained that it was a LOAN and all the employee said was oh sorry ..THIS PLACE WILL SAY ANYTHING FOR YOU TO COME IN AND TAKE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE!!THEY ARE LAIRS !!
