- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Words cannot express how helpful Krystal was in applying for my passport! She is extremely efficient in the passport process and with her attention to detail she noticed that another Post Office location had given me expired forms to fill out only a couple of days prior. My interaction/experience at several other locations was very unfavorable as I was run all over the city to places that supposedly accepted walk-ins but did not. In my frustration I called to the Lee's Summit location at which point, despite Krystal's full schedule, she was able to work me in within a day. I live north of the river so the location is not convenient for me but I highly recommend this location based on my experience with Krystal!By Matt Kenyon, July 07, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This Post Office has ZERO customer service skills. I lost my mailbox keys, looked online to see what was acceptable as proof of address and it said Utility bill, lease, Insurance Bill. I brought an Insurance Bill dated within the last week and was told that was not accepted, I told them online it said it was and I was told only for PO Boxes, not for the Street Boxes. I went and got a print out of my water bill brought it back and was told keys would be ready after 4:00pm the next day. The next day I got there at 4:25pm and was told the keys were not done yet. Gave me a number to call back and check be to see if they were done . I called at 4:50 and was told the keys were done and ready and I could get them today if I made it by 5pm. I got there at 4:57 and they had already closed the gate to the lobby. 3 of them were just standing there behind the locked gate just doing absolutely NOTHING. Now I have to make ANOTHER trip to get these keys. The fact that I now have to make a 5th trip and rearrange my day yet again to accommodate them is beyond ridiculous!!!By Raquel Palmer, June 12, 2017
