  The worst ever I can't believe I even thought that because I paid them off I would get treated much better no that was not the case at home they harass you 24 seven about your payment if you don't pay for before you even pay then you can pay your title off with them and get a higher amount the first time then go back to him the second time they try to lowball you then when you go back the second time after paying them up tremendously with no problem no hassle they call you because they say you still owe them $3.90. I'm like WTF I can't believe this is going on. Anyways I felt very disrespected I felt like my customers service didn't matter at all I felt like my business didn't matter at all to them I felt like I didn't matter at all most of all. And who would want to go to a company like that where you just feel like oh well who cares not me I am very very very very very very very very very very very upset that I even chose to do business with this company. Even after seeing the commercials on TV I figured this must just be a great company to go with when you're in a little bind and need a little extra cash. I'm just upset at the amount that they tried to offer me for my vehicle that is an SUV truck 4 x 4 ready to go vehicle. And then I cut time in a lie because he said at first he had nothing to do with the pricing that they were going to offer us then he slipped up and said he was the one that put in the rating to determine what price was given to us for our loan. So it seems like to me the company's employees doesn't like the fact that they have customers who actually pay off there alone I can go get a loan from someone else another company who when I have some type of animosity or jealousy towards their customers just for paying off their loan in less than six months this makes no sense that I'm being treated like this this makes no sense and I feel like this I can't believe that I actually just went through this something needs to be done about this location because I am extremely upset. You all should treat the customers that paid you off especially quickly with the upmost respect
