- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★After more than 40 years in his own home, my father moved to an assisted living center after an illness late last summer. It has taken months to work out all of the details involved in selling his home, updating his bank accounts, and most importantly, helping him regain his health. A major bright light in our journey has been Bill Hammond. Although my father had his legal affairs in order, his arrangements had been made prior to my mother's passing. Bill was instrumental in reviewing where we were, advising us as to what needed to be updated, and working with both my father and me to finalize the details. He is compassionate and kind.
