- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just had the WORST possible experience. Ive had my car loan for the last 2 years with bl7e ridge bank and trust and ive always been helped by yvonne. She was fantastic she helped me resolve any issues when i refinanced my vehicle she was great to work with kept me updated and made the situation easier for me. I went in today to talk about the skip a payment letter i got in the mail. The branch manager, named Vicki came up and immediately after i told her why i was there she rolled her eyes. The whole time i talked to her she had this vibe like she didnt want me there and she didnt care one bit. Absolutely worst experience ive had with a bank let alone the branch manager. I would consider withdrawaling all my products with them strictly because of her.By Tiffany, June 02, 2017
