She was very helpful and I loved her attention to detail not only with the paperwork but with truly making sure I understood each step in the process. Being the first time I have refinanced, she fielded skeptical questions left and right and was very kind and thorough in her response which made me feel great about my decision to refinance with A1 Mortgage. I would recommend them to anyone just based on my experience working with Ami. Mike Cash was my loan officer and I can't say enough great things about him. He was very experienced and knowledgeable and stepped me through the entire process from beginning to end.
